I felt very cold on the way to Galata on a Sunday morning when the cold of snow came to Istanbul. I'm pretty tired, I think I have a cold. That's why I can't go to the internship for 2 days.

As someone who now spends almost all of his time (except sleeping) in the kitchen. By making much more practical recipes at home, I get tired less and I can consume healthy things.

Chicken with vegetables in the oven last night, Saffron Risotto and we enjoyed the Eggplant Bowls with Mozzarella Cheese in your presence.

Eggplant Bowls with Mozzarella Cheese

While trying this recipe, if you want, you can fry the eggplants on both sides before baking.

If you say that frying is heavy and you like cooked eggplants, you can cook the eggplants that you cut into 2 parts without cheese first and then add cheese.
