Mojito
Mojito is a Cuban cocktail, its main ingredients are lime (lime), rum, brown sugar and soda. Lime, as we call it, is a type of green lemon, quite small and a bit more bitter than a regular lemon. It is usually sold alongside imported fruits in the greengrocer aisles of big markets.
As someone who has tasted Mojito in many places, the only thing I can say for sure is that its taste varies from place to place. We tried and tested the recipe that best suits our taste. Increasing or decreasing sugar is entirely up to you. You can stretch the recipe within the framework of certain rules. For example, since there is no lime at home, I used regular lemon while preparing the cocktail.
I got this recipe from Murat Yalçın, one of the bartenders of Roxy, almost 2 months ago. I would like to take this opportunity to thank him…
