Apple Peach Mixed Compote

Hello Dear Friends,
I have a delicious compote recipe that will refresh you in iftar and sahur. Normally, I prepare compotes from one kind of fruit, but this time I prepared a simple recipe to evaluate the few fruits left from the photo shoots of the past days.
I added apples, peaches, raspberries, even blueberries. I also threw in a stick of cinnamon to add extra flavor. If you want the cinnamon flavor to be intense, you can leave it in while the compote is cooking and cooling. Optionally, you can add 1-2 cloves of dried cloves.

Ingredients for Apple Peach Mixed Compote Recipe
- 2 firm peaches
- 2 apples
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 tea glass of blueberries
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 5 water glass of water
- 1 stick of cinnamon
Fabrication:
- Wash, core and chop the apples and peaches.
- Put the chopped fruits, blueberries and sugar in the pot. Add cinnamon sticks and water and cook, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Once the sugar has melted, add the raspberries and cook over medium heat until the apples and peaches are tender.
- Bring the compote to room temperature in the refrigerator. Serve with ice when cool.
