- 1 pack Selva Kalem Pasta
- Milk
For the meatballs:
- 250 gr mince
- 1 onion,
- 1 tablespoon Selva Semolina
- 1 tablespoon Selva Flour
- 1 pieces of eggs
- Cumin
- Thyme
- Salt
- Red pepper
- Black pepper
To fry:
- Vegetable oil
- 1 spoonful butter
- 4 tomatoes,
- 1 piece of charliston pepper
The cooking time of your Selva Kalem Pasta, which is produced from Anatolian Amber durum wheat semolina, is 8-10 minutes.
Preparation of:
- Mix all the meatball ingredients together.
- Take marble-sized pieces from the kneaded ground beef and roll them in your hand to make ball meatballs.
- Dip the prepared meatballs in flour and fry them in hot oil and then put them on a paper towel. Peel the tomatoes and dice them finely.
- Chop the Charleston pepper to the same size.
- Put the butter in a separate pot and add the peppers and tomatoes you prepared into it. Then add the meatballs and add a pinch of salt and cook until the tomatoes have the consistency of tomato paste.
- Finally, add Selva Kalem pasta and mix it gently with the help of a wooden spoon.
- Serve hot.
Where will we use the milk?
