Today I want to share with you a practical and delicious recipe: Fried spring onion! This recipe is both easy and delicious. Moreover, if you wish, you can prepare it by adding leeks.

I plan to serve this pan with olive salad and some yoghurt. That's why I didn't add any oil. However, if you wish, you can further enrich its taste by adding a few tablespoons of olive oil.

Ingredients for Corn Flour Scallion Pan Recipe

  • 2 medium egg
  • 2,5 cups finely chopped spring onion
  • 1 teaspoon of cornmeal
  • 1 tea glass of all-purpose flour 
  • 1 cups grated carrots
  • Salt , 
  • black pepper,
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder 

How to Make Corn Flour Scallion Pan Recipe?

  1. Place the finely chopped spring onion in a deep bowl.
  2. Add carrots, flour, corn flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Add the eggs and mix well, knead by hand if you wish.
  4. Once all the ingredients are mixed, cook both front and back in a lightly oiled pan.
  5. Serve with yoghurt and optional olive salad.
