An effortless and delicious fish. It is quite practical since there is no problem of sorting anyway. It is perfect with egg and cornmeal, of course, without forgetting the greenery :)

Corn Flour Haddock Fillet

Materials:

250 gr. haddock fillet

To fry:

cornflour
1-2 eggs (whipped)
Vegetable oil

Fabrication:

Wash the haddock fillets and drain well. Dip the fillets first in egg and then in cornmeal.
Cook on medium heat in previously heated oil.

Note: Be careful with deep frying.
