Corn Flour Haddock Fillet

An effortless and delicious fish. It is quite practical since there is no problem of sorting anyway. It is perfect with egg and cornmeal, of course, without forgetting the greenery :)

Corn Flour Haddock Fillet

Materials:

250 gr. haddock fillet

To fry:

cornflour
1-2 eggs (whipped)
Vegetable oil

Fabrication:

Wash the haddock fillets and drain well. Dip the fillets first in egg and then in cornmeal.
Cook on medium heat in previously heated oil.

Note: Be careful with deep frying.

    It's very good without eggs, in a Teflon pan with a little oil.
