Cereal Chicken

There is no one who does not know my wife's love for chicken. A new invention of my dear husband, who has nothing to do with boiling but smiles when I say frying, fried chicken with cornflakes... (Remember, we tried the chips with chips before) which was just as delicious as the chips. I recommend it to those who love chicken and look for different flavors. In addition, the fact that it is a practical recipe makes your job much easier.

It's all up to your creativity, you can also try the cream oven version (all you have to do is use cream instead of eggs and bake in the oven).

I do this in the oven, it is delicious, but in the morning I keep the chickens in a marinade with milk, spices and absolutely garlic, in the evening I cover them with cream and cereals and arrange them on a greased tray. It's delicious. Just don't use greaseproof paper, it won't get brown then. Hello…

As a matter of fact, unfortunately, I fried it in oil in a teflon pan. If you don't want to fry, you can try it in the oven by first dipping it in cream and then on cornflakes (I haven't tried it yet). Love…

    Thank you my dear :)

Well done, it looks crispy and delicious.. I was wondering, did you fry it in oil or cook it in Teflon? If it's not frying, I'll definitely try it this week! love..
