We like Lahmacun with lots of garnish and lemon as a family. It will be more delicious if it is thinly opened and crunchy. Mini lahmacun made at home is not like the ones made in a stone oven, but it is very tasty.

If you have made lahmacun, Lentil soup, abundant green salad You can prepare a wonderful menu with ayran and ayran. sweetly bakery rice pudding let's not forget too :)

Tomorrow is a very, very busy day waiting for me, in my next post I will write to you by adding what is going on in the photo. wonder :)

Love…

How to Make Mini Lahmacun Recipe?

Take the flour in a mixing bowl, add the yeast and salt. Add the water little by little while mixing the flour. When you get a thick dough, shape the dough into a ball and keep it at room temperature by covering it with a damp cloth. Divide your dough, which you have rested for about 20 minutes, into equal sized balls, flour it and let it rest again. While your dough is resting, start preparing the stuffing.

Finely chop all the stuffing except the minced meat and add it to the minced meat. Knead until all the ingredients are completely mixed and let it rest a little (leave the mortar a little watery).

Take the meringues that you have left to rest on the floured counter and roll them out with the help of a rolling pin. Put the minced meat in each open meringue and spread it with your hands. Arrange the lahmacun on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until they are crunchy.
