Ingredients for Milk Semolina Dessert Recipe
1 liter milk
7 tablespoon of semolina
14 tablespoons of sugar,
vanilla
Fabrication:
All ingredients except vanilla are mixed and boiled. 2-3 minutes after it starts to boil, the stove is turned off and vanilla is added and mixed well. If you want to add color (food dyes, cocoa, spinach, cinnamon, etc. can be used) I poured it into a moistened silicone mold… ENJOY ;

I think the dessert is very good, it can be called magnificent, but as with Elif, it stayed in pudding consistency for me, but when I put it in the refrigerator, it straightens up immediately.
This dessert is very nice and easy to make, I recommend it
it remained in the consistency of sweet pudding and never solidified! I threw it in the freezer as a last resort.. I hope my material is not wasted!
