Hello dear friends,

We've come to the end of a week again. The sun seemed to show its face this week, but it has been incredibly cold for the last two days. I am in good spirits because I am one of those who love cold weather, rainy mornings and woolen shawls, in short, one of the “winter children”…

You can feel the cold on your skin, but this photo I took yesterday in daylight made me feel that winter is coming, deep inside me. Normally, yeah! I say her sweet photo should be more lively, more energetic and bright tones, but no, I think it should be like this this time.

practical laz pastry

The powdered sugar I sprinkled on the dessert with purple and blue tones makes me feel as if I am looking at the little snowy hills, not the dessert, when looking at the photo. That's exactly why I couldn't resist the urge to drink a hot cup of coffee. While sipping my coffee, I wanted to share 1-2 lines with you.

I have made all kinds of puff pastry so far. I saw laz pastry from puff pastry for the first time thanks to a neighbor of my mother. You can't get enough of this dessert, which is eaten warm.

Love…

Ingredients for Laz Pastry Recipe from Puff Pastry

  • 6 sheets of puff pastry (makes 24 small squares)
  • 2-3 tablespoons of butter

For the cream:

  • 3 water glass milk
  • half a glass of granulated sugar
  • 1 pack of vanilla
  • 3 heaped tablespoons of starch

For the above:

  • 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar

How to Make Laz Pastry from Puff Pastry?

  1. Take all the ingredients for the cream in a sauce pan, mix it on medium heat and cook it until it gets a thick consistency.
  2. Remove the cooked cream from the stove and allow it to cool, stirring occasionally.
  3. Take the puff pastry out of the package and lay it out on the counter with the papers underneath. Wait for 5 minutes to dissolve and divide it into 4 equal squares with the help of a knife.
  4. Remove from paper and place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter, spread it on the squares and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until it rises and is very lightly browned.
  5. Slightly space between the cooked puff pastry squares with a knife, put 1 dessert spoon of the cream you prepared between them and place them on the serving plate.
  6. Finally, sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve.

I stumbled upon it while I was looking for a simple recipe when I was having a sweet crisis, I started making it at 11:XNUMX at night :)
I don't know if I'm going to eat it at night, I don't know, but I made it from skim milk to be light and I didn't put oil on it, it was still very good
It is very simple to make, but it tastes great!!!
    Thank you :)
