  • 3 pear
  • 12 square puff pastry (six double)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2-3 tablespoons of granulated sugar

  • One scoop of vanilla ice cream per person

How to Make Pear Recipe in Puff Pastry?

  1. Take 6 double puff pastry dough on the kitchen counter and wait for 10 minutes for it to thaw.
  2. Wash the pears and cut them in half lengthwise and remove the cores in the middle.
  3. Make 3-4 notches on the backs of the pears with the help of a knife as in the photo and place them on the puff pastry as in the photo.
