Pastrami and Cheddar Puff Pastry Rose
An incredibly practical and yet elegant recipe is puff pastry roses with pastrami and cheddar. Last week, while I was preparing a snack for my guests, they appeared out of nowhere :)
Actually knitted puff pastry While I was thinking about doing it, the rest of the question “How about if I make this cut from here instead of here” came up. The result was edible wind roses.

Apple Knitted Puff Pastry You can check out the recipe here. This week I will share all the sketches I have with you and spend a lot of time with my new lens.

Ingredients for Pastrami and Cheddar Puff Pastry Rose Recipe
- 6 puff pastry dough
- 6 pieces of bacon
- 6 pieces of thinly sliced cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoons of margarine
- 1 egg yolk (for topping)
Fabrication:
- Take the puff pastry out of the refrigerator and let it soften for 4-5 minutes.
- Grease the baking tray, lay out the greaseproof paper if any, and lay out 6 puff pastry sheets, leaving space.
- Draw 2 sides of each square of puff pastry as in the photo.
- Spread a little bit of margarine in the middle. Put 1 slice of cheddar cheese and bacon and connect the ends as in the photo.
- Brush it with egg yolk and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown. Serve hot.
When you put the bacon under the cheddar, the bacon does not dry out and the cheddar melts better :)
Your hands look perfect, but I wonder if the pastrami is dry?
I tried, I couldn't cut it like you for some reason, I just made it like ambohca, but the taste was super :)
Now I'm making this recipe, I'll write the result, but I think the probability of it being bad is zero :)
It looks very good, but I don't like bacon, how about I make it with cheese?
You can make sausage…
it's very stylish
