  • 4 puff pastry dough
  • 12 pieces of dark chocolate (80g)
  • 1 egg yolks
  • Carte d'Or with Pure Cream Taste (1 ball)
  • Carte d'Or Chocolate Ice Cream (1 ball)

How to Make Hot Chocolate Recipe in Puff Pastry Dough?

  1. Place four pieces of chocolate in the middle of the puff pastry and roll them up.
  2. Arrange the dough on the tray on which you have spread greaseproof paper, with the folding parts down.
  3. Beat the egg yolk and brush it with a brush. Leave it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

    I do this by rubbing Nutella between the puff pastries. I cut a line on it with a knife in 3 places so that the puff pastry does not swell too much because it swells too much :) I apply the egg white and add a little granulated sugar, it goes very well with the tea :) (without ice cream of course) :)
