Microwave Baked Potatoes

This week's microwave oven recipe is a delicious and practical potato recipe that I use at home, especially in the evenings of busy days.
Those who have followed me for years know that I try to prepare something as light and practical as possible in the evenings that will not tire me out. A simple salad, grilled meat, and microwaved potatoes are one of my favorite menus. Moreover, it takes me a maximum of 20-25 minutes to prepare this menu, but the result is a satisfying dinner.
I like yoghurt with potatoes, especially yoghurt with dill and garlic. You can prepare different sauces or fillings according to your taste, but I would definitely recommend you to try the yogurt sauce.
For those who use a normal microwave oven, the cooking time may vary depending on the wattage of the microwave and the size of the potatoes, for this, after cooking at the highest wattage for 6-7 minutes, check whether the potatoes are cooked with the help of a knife. Cook for 2-3 minutes if needed.

Ingredients for Microwave Baked Potatoes Recipe
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 3 tablespoons of fresh cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons canned garnish
- 1 tablespoon of canned corn
- Salt
For service:
- 4 tablespoon of yoghurt
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- salt
How to Make Microwave Baked Potatoes Recipe
- Wash the potatoes under running water with a brush and dry.
- Drain the garnish and corn, mix and set aside.
- For serving, mix yogurt, crushed garlic and dill in a bowl.
- Make 2-3 holes in the potatoes with a knife and switch the Hotpoint HD Line microwave oven to "potato cooking mode". After adjusting its weight, start cooking (it takes 7 minutes in total).
- Cut the cooked potatoes into 2 parts and scoop out the inside with a spoon. (Don't make the edges too thin when buying the inside so that it doesn't tear.)
- Puree the potatoes in a bowl by adding butter, cheddar cheese and a little salt. Fill them back into the potatoes with the help of a spoon.
- Add the garnishes you prepared on the potatoes, serve with the dill yogurt sauce you prepared.
