Microwave Oven Chocolate Cake
There was a recipe I've been locked into since the Samsung microwave arrived. A recipe from the book "Practical and Healthy Meals with a Microwave Oven" that I tried and couldn't reach to the consistency I wanted. When I say trial, it is not 1-2 trials, but 7 trials in total at different watts and times. At the end of my experiments, I realized that a soufflé cannot be made in a microwave oven.
If you want a cake, when you take it out of the oven, the middle of the cake turns into concrete within 1 minute. Finally, I opened a feed on this subject, you can see the correspondence here.
In the end, a soft and delicious cake baked in the microwave oven came out with the ideas they gave.
With these ingredients, a chocolate cake for 1 person comes out. I used a large bowl, if the bowl you will use is small, leave 2-3 fingers of space to prevent overflow.
A warning to newbies, don't use metal utensils in your microwave oven. Food is not cooked because metal utensils reflect heat. Use sachets, glass or porcelain containers made for microwaves.

Ms. Nilay,
I tried the recipe mmmmm it was amazing, the amount of ingredients and timing are super. As a souffle fan, I was very pleased with the result. When guests come, it is a soufflé that can be quickly made and served. Good luck to you and your work ;)
I just cooked it, the recipe and the cooking time are perfect. It doesn't smell like egg or flour, it tastes very good (I added liquid vanilla flavor too), and it's great that it swells like a sponge without adding baking powder in such a long time. The difference from the soufflé cooked in the oven is that the top does not hold a crust (do not extend the time in vain so that it has a crust like a regular cake, like raw The other is that the soufflé, which is normally liquid inside, starts to cook in the microwave, so the edges (around) become soft.
I just made it and it swelled up. I left it to cool..but I must admit, I threw a fork on the edge of it..like a sponge oh well..bon appetit, try it...my dear wife says it's not cooked inside, but I'm assertive, it was very nice :)
great recipe. I tried great. By the way, Ms. Nilay, the new face of your site is super. We met you in Üsküdar, I was leaning against your car and waiting in line for the bank :) greetings to your mother too :)
I admire your patience, good luck.
I also tried the apple walnut cake, it was very good, but I want to try this too.
I have to try this in the evening..
Well done Nilay :)
It's really worth the effort. 600 watts and 1 minute and 10 seconds...
Super result :)
