Rice with Mussels
Hello Dear Friends,
Who knows, it is out of the question for me to live where there is no sea. Of course, the biggest reason for this is that I am a sailor girl and have been in touch with the sea as long as I can remember. Let me tell you, I don't even remember the age when I learned to swim :)
By the way, my favorite among seafood products is mussels. The reconciliation of my palate with fish, squid and shrimp coincides with a little older age. I love removing mussels, sorting them and cooking different recipes. Ingredients for Rice with Mussels
- 40-45 boiled mussels
- 1 large tomato
- 1 large onion
- 2 spoonful butter
- 2 cups of rice for rice

How to Make Mussel Rice Recipe?
- Chop the onion and tomato. Put the onion in a saucepan with the butter, add a little salt and fry it.
- Continue frying by adding tomatoes and spices. Add the mussels, mix and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the washed and drained rice and mix.
- Add enough water to cover the top of the rice a little (a little more than the same size) and cook on low heat until the water is gone by closing the lid.
- Let the rice, which absorbs water, rest for 15 minutes and serve.
