Fabrication:

We beat the 4 egg whites with a mixer so that they are snow white, and when they become white, we add half of the sugar and mix again. In a separate bowl, we sugar the egg yolks and melt the hot water and add the egg whites to the mixture. Then we add the oil, flour, baking powder, vanilla and whisk it without extinguishing the bubbles with a wooden spoon. We cook it in the oven at 180 degrees without opening its mouth.

For the cream, we melt the butter, add the flour, fry it until it changes color and add the milk. We add the sugar and vanilla close to boiling and take it off the stove.

After our baked cake cools down, we divide it into 3 layers and apply the cream. (While the cream is spreading, soak it with milk so that the cake will disperse). Then this process is valid for 3 layers. For the top, we mix 1 glass of milk and whipped cream. We slice 2 kiwis thinly and arrange them as in the figure. .We place 1 banana in the middle. I poured cherry jam around the edges to decorate. Bon appetit….
