One of my favorite things in life is fruit cupcakes. Yesterday Submit Your Recipe Get Your Gift I was in Eminönü to buy the fabrics for the kitchen aprons in my campaign.
By the way, the aprons were given for sewing :) I thought I'd buy food coloring and sugar paste while I was there.
Sweet fruit pieces caught my eye in the cake shop, and now it's here as a cupcake :)

Ingredients for Fruit Cake Recipe
- 1 eggs
- 1 water glass milk
- 1 cup melted margarine
- 1 cups sugar
- 1,5-2 glasses of flour
- 2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1 packet of vanillin with sugar
- 1 cup dried mixed fruit chunks
How to Make Fruit Cake Recipe?
- Whisk eggs, milk, granulated sugar and room temperature margarine in a deep and wide bowl.
- Flour, baking powder and vanillin are added and mixing is continued.
- Fruit pieces are added last. Paper molds are placed in 12 muffin cups and the dough we have prepared is divided into muffin molds with cake papers.
- They are decorated with some more fruit pieces on them. They are baked in a preheated oven at 170 degrees.
Note: Do not forget to check the inside by inserting a toothpick.
