  • 5 medium tomatoes (4 if large or small)
  • 2 medium sized green peppers
  • 5-6 green peppers (sweet or hot)
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 meal spoon tomato paste
  • 1 spoonful butter
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • thyme
  • Red pepper

  1. Wash tomatoes and green peppers, peel and dice the tomatoes. Take the stems and seeds of the pepper and finely chop them.
  2. Take the butter in the pan, add the peppers on it and fry for about 2 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes to the green pepper. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 7-8 minutes until the tomatoes soften, add the tomato paste and fry and add the thyme.
  4. Add the eggs you cracked in a bowl beforehand to the cooked tomatoes.
