Hello Dear Friends,

As you know, this year, I made winter tomato sauce and menemen. I jar some of them (there are in previous posts) and I cooled some of them thoroughly and threw them in the freezer in bags.

After I have a child, I try to keep boiled legumes, meatballs and their derivatives in the freezer because it is very convenient. Such meatballs, noodle or noodle soups are usually our girl's lunch. Of course, it is one of our favorites since childhood.

If you have a sauce at home, use it, if not, prepare it using tomato and pepper mixed paste. It is enough to fry the tomato paste and cook it by adding other ingredients.

When I buy ground meat for meatballs, I usually prepare them as meatballs, soup meatballs, pan meatballs and freeze them, which makes my job incredibly easy.

Dozens of my soup recipes from the category of soups .

Love…
