It is a nice irony that a product released for diet is such a delicious and caloric dessert :)
You can not make the pudding yourself, as in my recipe, but use it ready-made. If you want, you can prepare milky desserts such as pudding, keşkul or Kazandibi and use them instead of pudding.
You can serve it at five o'clock tea, at friends' meetings, or after dinner.
Instead of Burçak biscuits, you can use crushed hazelnuts or walnuts or even chocolate sauce. Take it easy now. Love…
Ingredients for Etimek Dessert Recipe
- 1 pack of meat
- 1 pack of vetch biscuits (for topping)
For the custard:
- 1 liter milk
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 5 tablespoons of starch
- Half a glass of granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoons of margarine
For the syrup:
- 1,5 cup powdered sugar
- 2 water glass of water
- 1-2 drops of lemon juice
Fabrication:
- Arrange the meats side by side on my debt.
- Put the sherbet ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, when it thickens slightly, pour it over the meatballs you put in my debit.
- For the pudding, take sugar, starch, flour in a saucepan and melt it with a little milk so that it does not clump. Then add the remaining milk and cook, stirring, over medium heat until it thickens. Finally, add the margarine and boil for 1 more minute, stirring.
- Pour the pudding sauce you prepared over the meats you have sherbetted.
- When the pudding comes to room temperature, take the vetch biscuits into a bag and crush them.
- Finally, spread the entire biscuit on the dessert and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Serve with fruit and chocolate sauce.

Do we wait for it to cool down after laying the meatballs and pouring the syrup? Or do you pour the syrup hot and then pour the pudding hot?

Does it matter if the starch is wheat or corn?
Browning the sugar a little while making the syrup adds a different caramel flavor to the palate. A very practical and delicious dessert. Perfect for emergency guests. I advise.
