Meat Pea Meal

Now is the time to eat peas because it is the most delicious time of fresh peas. I love to eat peas since my childhood. Especially if you have rice with it. Ingredients for Meat Peas Recipe
- 300 g cubed beef
- 500 g fresh peas
- 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 large tomatoes
- 1 large onion
- 2 glasses of water + half a glass of water
- Salt
- Black pepper
Fabrication:
- Chop the onion, tomato and garlic for edibles.
- Saute the chopped onion and cubed beef in olive oil.
- When the meat releases its juices, add the tomatoes and mix.
- Add enough water to cover it by an inch and bring it to a boil. After boiling, reduce the heat and cook with the lid closed for 20-25 minutes until the meat is tender.
- Add the peeled peas and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
- Serve hot.

I tried it too but my peas were too shriveled and shrunken :( what could I be missing?
