Parsley Beet Salad

Ingredients for Parsley Beet Salad Recipe

• 1 large or two medium red beets
• 1 bunch parsley
• 3-4 walnut kernels
• 1 large cloves of garlic
• 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 teaspoon grain mustard
• 2-3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon of honey
• salt

How to Make Parsley Beet Salad Recipe?

1. Wash the red beets and boil them in enough water to cover them by 3-4 fingers until they are soft.
2. Drain and peel the boiled beets.
3. Slice thinly and place in a salad bowl.
4. Add the fine parsley to the salad bowl.
5. Mix olive oil, garlic, honey, mustard and apple cider vinegar in salt and mix.
6. Add the salad dressing to the salad and mix, add the walnut pieces and serve.
