Our recipe for today is very functional, you can easily make many treats from a single dough, so you have no limits in variety. The fluffy tart dough is suitable for preparing biscuits, tarts with fresh fruit and marmalade. It is very easy to make, all you need is the ingredients you have at home, baking powder, vanilla, you don't need it at all. It is quite light and melts in your mouth. I used it for both homemade blackberry jam mini tarts and marmalade biscuits. This morning at the company, it got full marks from all friends who tasted the weigh and biscuits. I couldn't take pictures of the construction phase because I did it late. I got up early in the morning and took a photo of my pies, I was torn between 2 beautiful photos, I couldn't choose, I'm posting both. Love…

the presentation looks incredible, especially the plate in the first photo drove me crazy. It's very stylish. Look, I'm stuck on the plate instead of looking at the tart. By the way, I met the gourmet August issue in the morning. I didn't know you wrote there too, there are some very nice recipes, I'll try it sometime. Good luck
