Ingredients for Marinated Tomatoes Recipe

  • 1-2 large tomatoes
  • 1 sprigs of rosemary
  • 2-3 stalks of fresh thyme
  • 5-6 leaves of fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
  • 1-2 teaspoons of salt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons of finely chopped red onion


  1. Slice the tomatoes and put them on the plate where you will marinate.
  2. Finely chop the greens that you wash and remove excess water from.
  3. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and sugar well.
  4. Add the greens and onions and mix again.
  5. Pour the marinade you prepared on the tomatoes and serve after letting it rest for 1-2 hours.
