As I said, I started the day very energetic, so I wanted to share a bright and bright breakfast with you :) If I have time and I am in a good mood, I like to prepare practical and delicious eggs for breakfast. Even while I was cooking, my memories came back to me, and I remembered the days when we couldn't eat mushrooms for years because of my mother's fear of mushrooms.

In high school years, I started to prepare this recipe by buying a can of beggars because it was not allowed to be fresh. Then it became one of my sister's favorite breakfast dishes, so much so that sometimes she takes those tiny canned mushrooms and cooks her eggs :)

You can prepare this delicious recipe not only for breakfast, but also for meals you want to spend with something practical.


Ingredients for Mushroom Egg Recipe

  • Half a pack of cultivated mushrooms (200 g)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tablespoon of butter + 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 4 pieces of eggs
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • fresh thyme

How to Make Mushroom Eggs Recipe?

  1. Chop the onion into tiny tiny pieces. Wash the mushrooms, discard the soil and dry. Chop the dried mushrooms in the thickness of a coin.
  2. Put the butter and olive oil mixture in the pan, add the onions and salt and fry on medium heat until the onions turn pink.
