  • 7-8 sliced ​​mushrooms
  • butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 pieces of eggs
  • 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
  • canned corn

How to Make Mushroom Omelet Recipe?

  1. Fry the mushrooms with butter (until they release their juices) over medium heat.
  2. Crack the eggs into another bowl, add salt and any seasoning you want, beat with a fork.
  3. Put butter in a telon pan and melt it, add half the eggs.
  4. As it starts to cook, shake the pan back and forth constantly so that the egg does not stick.
  5. Put the mushrooms in the middle and add the remaining egg.
  6. Add the grated cheddar to the 2-sided omelet and add the corn, fold the omelet in 2 with the help of a spatula, cook a little more and transfer it to the serving plate. Serve garnished.
