Ingredients for Mushroom Omelet Recipe
- 7-8 sliced mushrooms
- butter
- salt and pepper
- 5 pieces of eggs
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- canned corn
For decoration:
- green pepper, red pepper
How to Make Mushroom Omelet Recipe?
- Fry the mushrooms with butter (until they release their juices) over medium heat.
- Crack the eggs into another bowl, add salt and any seasoning you want, beat with a fork.
- Put butter in a telon pan and melt it, add half the eggs.
- As it starts to cook, shake the pan back and forth constantly so that the egg does not stick.
- Put the mushrooms in the middle and add the remaining egg.
- Add the grated cheddar to the 2-sided omelet and add the corn, fold the omelet in 2 with the help of a spatula, cook a little more and transfer it to the serving plate. Serve garnished.
