Bulgur Pilaf with Mushrooms
Last week, I had two guests for dinner. It can be a bit stressful for you to have a bite while cooking and not being able to eat it at the table. But the truth is that you can't lose weight by eating whatever you want as much as you want. I am happy with my situation for now.
I made two different types of bulgur pilaf this week. The first was eggplant, the second was the mushroom one, the recipe of which I gave. Normally, my wife doesn't even want to see bulgur pilaf because she is tired of eating every day during her military service. Recently, he enjoys eating my vegetable pilaf, which resembles roux pilaf. My guests love its taste.
These pilafs go well with meat and chicken dishes. As soon as this diet is over, I'm going to eat a big plate.
By the way, I used tomato graters sold in 1 liter glass bottles in the markets. They taste pretty good, not bitter like those sold in tiny cans.
Love…

Hello Halisecim,
It's interesting that I found you around here :) I'm your sister Gulnar, remember? So you're trying new flavors. How is seda? Say hello from me a lot...
The rice looks amazing but I just love that plate and spoon. May I know where you got it from?
Hello Elif, first of all thank you very much :) The spoons were received as a gift 1-2 years ago. I remember that I bought the plate from Paşabahçe last year. When I'm going to shoot for companies, I'm not sure because I go to the store for crockery. I bought 2 colors from these plates but :)
good luck to your hands…. Your rice tastes so good… But I also loved the spoon next to it….:) Best regards,
Thank you Filiz, my little spoons have been lost one by one. I hope I can find the same ones again :) Best regards…
At the end of the rice, the newspaper put on it is not good.. Instead of it, we used to make a towel or awl. We used to make cheesecloths to put the subject on the rice. We would boil it once a day. The newspaper smells and the germs and dyes in the newspaper get into the hot rice. Your food is very good.
You are right, actually, leyla lady, I use newspaper if I don't have a towel at that moment. There are always embroidered cheesecloths at home, but I would never use them in rice when I couldn't bear to wear them :)
I admit, I also use newspaper. When I use paper towels, it absorbs steam very quickly, I use newspaper.
You are right Deniz, you need to use at least 2-3 coats.
I PUT THE TOWEL PAPER 2-3 LAYERS, IT IS BEAUTIFUL, I DO NOT USE NEWSPAPER, THERE ARE CARCINOGENIC DYEING MATERIALS. HEALTH TO YOUR HANDS…
