Ingredients for Meatballs with Mushroom Sauce, Easy and Delicious

  • 1 pack of mushrooms (400 g)
  • 1 pack of cream (200 g)
  • 1 medium onion
  • salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons of finely chopped dill
  • 2-3 tablespoons of oil

For the meatballs:

  • 300 gr mince
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to Make Meatballs with Mushroom Sauce, Easy and Delicious?

  1. Put the minced meat in a mixing bowl, knead the grated onion (squeeze the juice with your hands), parsley, salt and pepper together.
  2. Break off pieces from the minced meat and roll it with your hands.
  3. Chop the onion for food, chop the mushrooms coarsely.
  4. Take the oil in the pan and heat it, put the meatballs you prepared in the pan and heat it.
  5. Take the fried meatballs out of the pot and immediately add the onions and saute them. When the onions are translucent, add the chopped mushrooms and sauté.
  6. Add the meatballs and cream, add salt and cook on low heat until it thickens.
  7. Serve the cooked meatballs with dill and spring onions.
