Ingredients for Meatballs with Mushroom Sauce, Easy and Delicious
- 1 pack of mushrooms (400 g)
- 1 pack of cream (200 g)
- 1 medium onion
- salt
- 1-2 tablespoons of finely chopped dill
- 2-3 tablespoons of oil
For the meatballs:
- 300 gr mince
- 1 small onion
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- salt
- black pepper
How to Make Meatballs with Mushroom Sauce, Easy and Delicious?
- Put the minced meat in a mixing bowl, knead the grated onion (squeeze the juice with your hands), parsley, salt and pepper together.
- Break off pieces from the minced meat and roll it with your hands.
- Chop the onion for food, chop the mushrooms coarsely.
- Take the oil in the pan and heat it, put the meatballs you prepared in the pan and heat it.
- Take the fried meatballs out of the pot and immediately add the onions and saute them. When the onions are translucent, add the chopped mushrooms and sauté.
- Add the meatballs and cream, add salt and cook on low heat until it thickens.
- Serve the cooked meatballs with dill and spring onions.
