Mushroom Salad Recipe
My childhood favorite salad 😍 The first salad I prepared and fed to my family… Our folks loved it so much that I used to make it 2-3 times a week for a period of time. In 2008, I wrote this on my blog 😊 “Many years ago, I tried my first salad with mushroom salad.
I loved and embraced this half appetizer half salad so much that I repeat the recipe, changing it more or less every chance I get. I really love to eat it, especially by adding it to pasta and plain rice.

Ingredients for Mushroom Salad Recipe
- 1 pack of cultivated mushrooms or canned mushrooms
- 1 jar of side dishes (carrots, peas, potatoes)
- 3-4 pickled gherkins
- Parsley
- Dill
- 2 clove of garlic (optional)
- Olive oil
- Limon
- Salt
How to Make Mushroom Salad Recipe Recipe?
1. Wash the mushrooms, boil them in plenty of water and slice them lengthwise. (leave a few whole to garnish)
2. Strain and rinse the garnish in a strainer.
3. Finely chop the dill, parsley, pickles and garlic.
4. Mix them all in a bowl by adding lemon, olive oil and salt.
5. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with whole mushrooms and serve.
