Ingredients for Mushroom Cookie Recipe

400 g corn starch
1 packet of margarine
1 eggs
1 packet of baking powder
5 tablespoon of sugar
4 tablespoons of flour
Kakao

Fabrication:

Mix all the ingredients well, except cocoa, and knead. We cut walnut-sized pieces and roll them in our hands and arrange them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
Then we dip the mouth part of the soda or cola bottle, or the lids, into cocoa and press it on the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.

    I'm only 14 years old and I'm a bit unfamiliar with food issues (: Is it okay if we make it with normal starch, other than cornstarch?

    I had tried this recipe before, but I used powdered sugar, I liked it better..but thanks for the recipe

      I think the flavor changes in powdered sugar, but it is quite difficult to melt the powdered sugar. I think the best is made with granulated sugar :)

      Experiment with granulated sugar! melting does what it says in the recipe, do it! otherwise it will spread.
