I had Mahluta soup in a restaurant years ago and couldn't get enough of it. Last night, with the cold weather again, I wanted soup and I started to search for recipes. The most important thing for the soup to find its true taste is the spice. So before you start making soup, you need to take powdered coriander and cumin.

Mahluta Soup

I used bouillon instead of broth, but you can use chicken broth or chicken bouillon. If you want your soup to have a thick consistency, add all the water as the water decreases, not all at once. If you want, you can add half a glass of noodles to it, and you can get an even more intense and satisfying soup.
