Mahlep Olive Cookie
Hello Dear Friends,
I like salty cookies at least as much as their sweets, and some salty cookies are even more than sweets :) Mahlepli and Olive Cookie is one of my cookies that fall into this category :) As a matter of fact, after you prepare this dough, you can prepare all kinds of cookies by adding whatever you want to it. I used too much because I like hot, you can reduce the amount of pepper.
In addition, after cooking your cookies, you can put some of them in the freezer with a freezer bag, wait until they come to room temperature and serve.
Previously, I answered the question of what is mahaleb here. For detailed information about Mahlep You can read this post.

Hello, Ms. Nilay loves making your recipes and I get successful results every time. I have a question. I have never tried this cookie before, I will try to take it to a special place, but I prefer a cookie that melts in the mouth, I wonder if this is one of them.
Miss Nilay;
For the first time in my life, I am commenting on a site to an author. It is really super delicious and practical.

Hello Pınar, I am happy then :) Big regards!
everything is very good, if you write an alternative to margarine in your recipes, I would love it...
You can try it with butter. The result is not always the same, but very close. Yours sincerely
I tried this recipe today, I didn't have any chili pepper left at home, but it was still very good.. I'll make it with chili pepper next time :)
