Enjoy everyone :)

Ingredients for Patisserie Cookie (Spicy) Recipe

  • 2 eggs (1 yolk will be reserved on the cookies)
  • 125 gr. margarine
  • 1 teaspoon of yogurt
  • 1 teaspoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 sweet spice salt
  • 1 teaspoon mahleb
  • 1 package baking powder
  • juice of half a lemon
  • flour
  • 2-3 teaspoons of red pepper flakes

For the above:

  • sesame and black cumin

Fabrication:

  1. 1 egg + 1 egg white is placed in a hollow bowl. Other ingredients are added on it and kneading begins (I recommend pouring it little by little so that you can get the flour consistency).
  2. Add red pepper last and continue kneading.
  3. When you get a dough with a slightly sticky consistency, it is shaped by hand and 2-3 cm. are arranged at intervals.
  4. Egg yolk is brushed on it, sprinkled with sesame seeds, and baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.

Note: For a brighter appearance, it is sufficient to add 1 teaspoon of oil or milk to the egg yolk and whisk it.
