  • 1,5 tablespoons of rock salt (adjust to your taste)
  • 1 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • ½ cup vinegar optional
  • half a bunch of parsley

How to Make Lutenitsa – Balkan Sauce – Breakfast Sauce Recipe?

1. Wash all material. Peel and grate the carrots. Chop the tomatoes coarsely.
2. Pierce the eggplant and peppers 2-3 times and roast them at 250 degrees.
3. Peel the eggplants and peppers. Remove the seeds from the peppers as much as possible and chop all the ingredients.

6. Add the chopped pepper and eggplants and continue cooking.
7. Take the sauce that you have passed through the blender and has a little more consistency from the stove.
8. Pour into new lids and jars that you sterilized in boiling water. Boil in boiling water for 10 minutes and replace.
