Ingredients for Curd Pie Recipe

  • 4 pieces of dough
  • 1 pieces of eggs
  • 1–1,5 cups of yogurt
  • Half a glass of oil
  • optional salt (if your cheese is unsalted)

For the stuffing:

  • 250 gr. curd cheese
  • Parsley

How to Make Curd Pie Recipe?

  1. Wash the parsley and chop finely. Take the curd cheese on a large plate and mix it with the chopped parsley.
  2. Spread baking paper on the baking tray and lay 1 phyllo on it so that the edges overflow from the tray. Divide the remaining phyllo into 3-4 pieces in your hand and combine them to be laid in 1 layer.
  3. Beat eggs, yoghurt and oil thoroughly, brush with a brush or spoon to cover the dough.
  4. Spread yogurt sauce on each layer of dough and sprinkle with curd mixture. When it comes to the last part, neatly cover the wide phyllo on the bottom of the pastry.
  5. Spread on the remaining sauce and sprinkle with nigella seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
