Curd Fried Peppers

I tried it for the first time in Elazig for breakfast. Normally, it is made by adding curd on top of the peppers that are fried in oil and roasted, just like making eggs with pepper and cheese, but this version was much more refreshing :)
If you want, instead of frying your peppers in a pan, you can lightly oil them and bake them in the oven, and then mix them with curd cheese. If there is pepper involved, I always add some garlic. For example, if you are going to have breakfast in the family or serve it in the evening, try adding garlic.

Ingredients for Curd Fried Peppers Recipe
- 2 capsicum peppers
- 5-6 sweet green peppers
- half a glass of cottage cheese
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 1 pinch of dill
- salt
- oil for frying the peppers
How to Make Fried Peppers with Curd Recipe?
- Cut the capia peppers lengthwise into 2 parts, remove the seeds and chop into finger thicknesses.
- Cut off the stems of the hot peppers and cut them into two small ones.
- Fry in a little oil and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.
- Mix the curd cheese, 1 clove of crushed garlic, chopped dill.
- Take the fried peppers on a serving plate and serve with curd cheese on top.
