Lollipop Cake (Cupcake Pop)

Release Date: 22-09-2008
4 5 5 1

On Friday, I went to the doctor for my sinuses (this is unknown for 6 years). When this doctor said surgery, 3 more doctors said the same thing before that, I decided to have surgery! I'm going to have an operation on Wednesday, so we may be apart for a short time :( all friends are announced here.

Anyway, back to the topic, we couldn't go back to work because we left the doctor late on Friday afternoon, so my wife and I came home. As always, while we were zapping between e2 and cnbc-e, Martha Stewart caught our attention with her awesome show. While sitting and watching, they made these lollipop cakes (the original name is cupcake pop). Of course, I'm not in a good mood (I'm stuck with the surgery thing), I said we can do it or something, but I said there is no cake at home, I just finished the cream. She said ok, then when she went shopping for dinner, she showed up with a package of cake in her hand (she's got it on her mind, she'll have it done) and I started the production while I was still humming, I didn't help other than shaping and whisking. He produced a wonderful piece of work, I congratulate him. You can do this enjoyable work with your spouses and children.

Love…

Fabrication:

  1. Pass the cake through the rondo and put it in the kneading bowl, pour half of the cream into it and mix until it reaches a dough consistency.
  2. Form into a large meringue and break off walnut-sized pieces and roll them in your hands, giving them a slightly cylindrical shape.
  3. Lay greaseproof paper on the tray, arrange the pieces you have shaped here and rest in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Take your slightly hardened dough balls out of the fridge.
  5. Melt your chocolate in a bain-marie and dip one end of the cake in chocolate and place it back on the tray with the chocolate side up.
  6. Dip sticks on them. Beat the remaining half of the cream until it thickens, dip the remaining parts of your cupcakes without chocolate in the cream and sew them on a piece of mousse (you can use the sticks on another material you can stick or in your cakes) by dipping the stems.
  7. Sprinkle with icing sugar, color and serve.
