Ingredients for Lokma Dessert Recipe
For the dough:
Half a glass of yogurt
1 glass of warm water
1 packet of fresh yeast (40 g)
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
As much flour as you get
Oil for frying
Sherbet:
2 cup powdered sugar
2 water glass of water
1 drop of lemon
Preparation of:
First, make the syrup, boil the sugar water and lemon, it should be a thick syrup, leave it to cool. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Add yogurt to it and mix. Start adding the flour. The dough will be a sticky dough like a cake. When the dough is ready. Wait for it to ferment and rise. Heat the oil on fire. Take the dough on the tip of the spoon and drop it into the oil with your finger. Put the fried dough in cold syrup, let it sit for a while, take it out of the syrup and serve. Enjoy your meal.
