Ingredients for Restaurant Style Boiled Chicken Recipe
- 5 chicken thigh
- 2 medium carrot
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 onion
- 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1- 2 pinches of parsley
- Salt
For dressing:
- 1 heaping tablespoons of flour
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tea glass of cold water
How to Make Restaurant Style Boiled Chicken Recipe?
- Peel the carrots and potatoes, wash them and chop them roughly. Peel the onion, leave it whole, cut a cross in the middle without separating it.
- Fry the chicken in olive oil until it does not change color too much and set aside.
- Put the carrots in the pot and fry them. Add the chicken and onion to the pot together. Add enough water to cover the chicken by 2 fingers.
- Cook for about 15 minutes. Remove the onion from the pan.
- Add potatoes. For the dressing, whisk together flour, water and lemon juice. Add the cooking water, let it cool and add to the pot.
- When the potatoes are cooked, turn off the heat, add the parsley, remove from the stove, let it rest for 5 minutes and serve hot.
