Cooperation 

Materials: 

  • 600 g lamb meat 
  • 1 tablespoon Butter from Milk 
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tablespoon Lots of Tomato Paste 
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 water glass of water
  • Realm Thyme
  • Diyar Black Pepper
  • Samire Tuz

Sauce Ingredient:

  • 2 tablespoons Yegenler Flour 
  • 2 cups Birşah Milk
  • 100 grated Ahir Kashar Cheese 
  • 2 tablespoon Butter from Milk 
  • Samire Tuz
  • Diyar Black Pepper

How to Make Restaurant Style Elbasan Pan Recipe?

  1. Fry the meat with 1 tablespoon of butter, when the water is absorbed, add the onion and garlic and continue roasting.
  2. Add tomato paste and spices and fry until the smell of tomato paste disappears. Add the water and cook over low heat until the meat absorbs the water and becomes soft.
  3. Share the cooked meat among 4 casseroles.
  4. For the sauce, fry the butter and flour. Add cold milk and mix with a whisk. Add salt and pepper and remove from the stove.
  5. Share the sauce among the casseroles. Finally, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius until golden brown and serve hot.
