Ingredients for Pan Liver Recipe
1 diced lamb liver
2 coffee cup flour
Salt
Sunflower oil
Thyme
Parsley
Preparation of:
Wash the lamb liver with the thin membranes removed and let it dry in the strainer.
Fry up to 10 livers that you salt and flour in preheated sunflower oil until they turn brown.
Take it with a strainer and add thyme and chopped parsley and serve hot or cold with finely chopped onions.
The liver is definitely not washed.
If you wash the liver, it will become hard. Also in the pan for 3 minutes. You need to fry it. Neither less or more. Then it becomes soft like cotton.
