I have been preparing curd cheese and yoghurt at home since the river switched to solid food. While preparing the curd, I cut the milk with yogurt. I also refresh the curd every 4-5 days. I use different methods to evaluate what I have.

Ingredients for Lemon Curd Cookies Recipe
- 1 tea glass of homemade curd cheese (100 g)
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- 1,5 tea glass of granulated sugar
- 1 medium egg
- 3 water glass flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- rind of 2 lemon
- juice of half a lemon
How to Make Lemon Curd Cookies Recipe?
- Take the curd cheese, olive oil, granulated sugar and egg into a deep mixing bowl and mix.
- Take the baking soda in a bowl, squeeze the lemon juice on it and mix it to foam.
- Add 1 glass of flour and the carbonate you have foamed into the bowl and start kneading.
- Add half a glass of flour and knead a dough that will not stick to the hand and bowl. (If the glass still sticks to the hand, wait 3 minutes and collect it on the counter)
- Divide the dough you prepared into 20 equal parts and roll them.
- Dip the cookies in granulated sugar and place them 3-4 cm apart on the baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown (about 15 minutes).
- When the baked cookies have cooled, take them from the tray and serve.
