Lemon Chicken
We have already mentioned how practical chicken dishes are, especially those cooked in the oven. I started yogurt and chicken mixes when I was on a diet. Thanks to this, lean and incredibly delicious chicken recipes emerged.
I absolutely cannot stand the smell of boiled and fried chicken without sauce. You need a spice etc to cover that smell. While I was slicing lemons for soda the other day, I thought why not do a practical test on the chicken in the fridge. The result was an effortless and delicious chicken.

Ingredients for Lemon Chicken Recipe
- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 lemon
- 1,5 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 glasses of yoghurt
- 1-2 pinches of ground black pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
How to Make Lemon Chicken Recipe?
- Wash and lightly salt the chicken. Wash and dry the lemon. 1 teaspoon peel with the fine part of the grater
- Take 1 glass of yogurt, olive oil, 2 cloves of crushed garlic, turmeric, black pepper, lemon zest in a deep bowl and mix.
- Finally, add the chicken and mix until all the sauce is mixed with the chickens. Cover the bowl with cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours to absorb the sauce.
- Arrange the thighs neatly in a covered baking dish. Spread all the marinade sauce on it. Slice the lemon and arrange it as in the photo.
- Bake the chickens in the oven at 40 degrees for 15 minutes with the oven door closed and for 180 minutes with the door open. Serve hot.
