Thanks a lot for the recipe. Since I like the cake with sugar, the first time I used 2 cups of sugar, it was too sweet. In this trial, I stuck to the recipe and it was just right. Unlike cocoa cakes, remember that lemon contains sugar, as you work with lemon :))

You can try the recipe with peace of mind ;)

First of all, thank you for your recipes. I am an architecture student. While I was drawing at night, I was making practical recipes with tea and coffee. Today I bought lemons from the market. I thought of making a lemon cake. I applied your recipe, it was really great.

It's a delicious recipe. I've done it 6-7 times so far. But I don't know if it's from the lemon, when you put the juice in the cake, it gives a bitter taste.

    2 tablespoons of wheat starch
    1 tablespoon of cornstarch
    1 tablespoon of soft margarine
    ½ cup of boiled water
    1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Take all the ingredients for the sauce in a suitable container and add half a tea glass of boiled water on it. Beat for 5-10 minutes at the highest temperature of the mixer. After the cake has cooled, remove it from the mold and drizzle the lemon sauce over it.
I bought this sauce recipe from another site, I haven't tried it, but I wanted to share it for those who can't find a sauce recipe like me.

Does anyone know how the sauce is made? Before adding the flour, can't we separate a little from the liquid material like in a wet cake?

Hello Mrs. Şeyma, I think you are squeezing lemon into powdered sugar, mixing it and spreading it on the cake. I'm doing it that way, it's delicious, I recommend it.
