Last night, I was busy working at the computer again. When did I overhear the tinkling sound coming from the kitchen? I saw that our gentleman is dealing with something "hitch".

When I said "Hey what's going on here", I heard the delicious smells coming from the stove. Turns out he was making lemonade by himself.

mint lemonade

Sir, after we drank the delicious lemonade he prepared in the evening, we appointed him the lemonade of the house. After that, he will be asked about lemonade and its variations.

Normally he prepares it in the form of 1 glass of water to 1 glass of syrup, but for me it is a little too sour that way. You can adjust the water ratio according to your taste.

If you are on a diet, you can also use powdered sweetener instead of sugar.

No matter how you do it, it is sure to be much more delicious than ready-made drinks.

Love…

Ingredients for Lemonade Recipe

for syrup

  • 2 water glass of water
  • Juice of 5-6 lemons
  • 3 lemon zest
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 5-6 sprigs of mint

for lemonade

  • 1 glass of cold water + 1 glass of syrup

How To Make Lemonade Recipe?

  1. Combine water, lemon juice, lemon zest and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a boil for 1 minute.
  2. When the syrup boils, take it off the heat and add the fresh mint and basil.
  3. Let the syrup stand on the counter until it comes to room temperature, strain and chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  4. When you are going to serve, add 1 glass of syrup to 1 glass of water and mix.
  5. Serve with ice and mint leaves.

I'm sure it was delicious, but I can't help but pass on this information.
Lemon that has been exposed to heat, especially boiled, does not have any vitamin value, for your information.

Hello, I tried the recipe. I did not buy more than 3-5 lemons from the market, and after trying the recipe, it came out to 1-2 kg of lemons. Only we make it with 1 glass of syrup + 1 glass of mineral water. It is both a lemonade, an acidic and a healthy drink. Thanks for the recipe

I liked your recipe, Ms. Nilay. I tried it myself for the first time at home. It can't even be compared to ready made lemonades. Perfect taste. From now on, I will always do it myself, good luck to your hands and work.

I do not understand now; After making the syrup, do we put a glass of syrup in a glass of cold water? So exactly how many servings does this recipe serve? How many ingredients should we put in total for 4 glasses of water + 6 glasses of syrup for 6 to 6 people?? Also, I could not understand how it is to chop the cold cuts in Deniz lady's recipe. I would be very grateful if you could enlighten me… thanks in advance…

Hello, I made this recipe yesterday. I couldn't taste the lemonade because I was on the Dukan diet. When I made my wife taste the lemonade, her face turned sour. Didn't like the lemonade :(
He said the lemonade was too sour and horribly minty. Since it says 3 branches in the recipe, I put 3 branches. Did you mean 3 leaves in the recipe? I put sugar and hot water in a large glass, dissolved the sugar well and mixed it with cold water. I added the mixture to the lemonade. I said I would serve it to my wife again, she didn't even try :(

    Best regards, Songul

Hello Songun, as I wrote in the cover letter, it was a bit sour on the band, so it was best to taste it and adjust it. Of course, as I mentioned in the front article, everyone's taste is different, your spouse may like it sweeter. In your next attempts, you can reduce the lemon and add some orange juice.

3 branches of mint are not leaves.

      Yours ..
