Broccoli Lentil Soup

Ingredients for Broccoli Lentil Soup Recipe
- 1 cup of red lentils
- 1 small onion
- 3-4 pieces of broccoli
- 1 medium potatoes
- 1 medium carrot
- 2 cloves of garlic optional
- salt
- black pepper
- cumin
- 4-5 glasses of water
- Half a glass of broth
- 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
Fabrication:
- Wash the red lentils in 1-2 waters and leave to drain.
- Wash the broccoli and cut it into 3-4 parts. Peel and chop the onion, potato, carrot, garlic.
- Put the onion, garlic, broccoli, carrot and potato into the pressure cooker. Add olive oil and fry a little.
- Add the drained lentils and fry for 1-2 turns, add the broth, spices and water and mix.
- In the pressure cooker, cook for 12-13 minutes after the whistle blows. Pass the cooked soup through the blender.
- If desired, heat oil and mint, add to the soup, mix and serve.
