I have a recipe that suits the last day of the week for you today. I haven't prepared anything related to poppy desserts and cakes for years. As for the reason for this, I do not like the crunchy contents of the things I eat in my mouth. But after trying the cake, I realized that there is absolutely no such thing. The already roasted seeds get wet with the moisture of the cake and become quite pleasant, which does not disturb people.
When I finished my work outside yesterday and came back, I was incredibly tired. When I decided to prepare something practical at home and have a rest, my wife said, "How long have you not been making cakes for ours (here he is talking about his colleagues)," and I spent the last streak of my last battery for the sake of cake. Let's see that the story did not happen like that. If you make a cake while dealing with the food on the stove and in the oven, you forget something with this head. Yeah! I'm a human as well :)
You keep the most important part of the cake and forget to put the baking powder. Anyway, what can I see after the meal is over, my cake has not risen after 40 minutes and is white. If I didn't pull my hair out at that moment, I guess I won't pull out any more.

Ingredients for Poppy Lemon Cake Recipe
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 1 water glass milk
- 100 g butter (at room temperature)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest (to be grated on the fine side of the grater)
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla flavoring
- 3 tablespoon of poppy seeds
- 1 package baking powder
Fabrication:
- Beat 3 eggs and 1 glass of granulated sugar until the sugar dissolves completely and the egg mixture becomes like snow.
- Add butter to the rising mixture and beat for 1 more minute.
- Add the milk and vanilla flavoring and continue mixing. After adding the lemon zest, poppy seeds and flour, mix for 1-2 minutes, finally add the baking powder and mix for 30 seconds.
- Pour the cake mix you prepared into the greased cake mold.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 55-60 minutes. Before taking it out of the oven, insert a dry toothpick or knife into the center of the cake and check the inside.
- Take the baked cake out of the oven and leave it on the counter until it comes to room temperature. Remove the cooled cake from the mold and slice it.

I think this time is reduced to 30-40 minutes in the turbo oven. 60 minutes reminded me of the days when we used to make cakes in a pie pan.

It is almost impossible to measure a spoon or a glass without melting the butter. We need it at room temperature, not melted. Therefore, it is best to measure it with a scale.
