Another band that I enjoy listening to this time, Dolapdere Big GangI want to introduce to you.

The band, named after the colorful district of Istanbul, Dolapdere, where most of the band members are locals, leaves a completely different taste in my mouth.
When I first heard the band, who played and sang the classic songs of world-famous musicians and bands such as Deep Purple, REM, and Sting on their first album Local Strangers, with our instruments, I couldn't come to my senses for a few minutes. Frankly, the perfect harmony of the songs I listened to for years with the clarinet, violin, and zither created a deep admiration and love for the band. Now, whenever I go on the road or want to have fun at home, the first CD I throw my hand at becomes theirs.

I would definitely recommend you to listen to them and even watch their live performance if you have the opportunity.

Tortilla

My lavash pizza came out while I was listening to this band and looking for something to eat in the fridge. The package that I make a habit of keeping in my closet. tortilla (lavash) and this recipe, which you can easily prepare with the breakfast dishes that we all have at home, is perfect for those who love pleasant snacks and also want to eat healthy.

making tortilla pizza

It tastes just like thin pizzas and is very satisfying, except for feta cheese, you can use grated cheddar cheese as in classic pizza.

Love….

My dear Nilay, I plan to have it for breakfast tomorrow morning. But instead of a single lavash, I will put grated cheese between 2 lavash. Let's see how it goes.

Ms. Nilay, can you add practical summer recipes to the site? I'm a little ignorant about these things. If you do that, you will make me very happy.

I have made all kinds of pizza (bread dough, ready-made phyllo, etc.), but I have neither made nor heard of lavash.
It's a new idea. Health to your hands

Hello Nilay, now I'll just call you names :) I tried all of them like you :) This last idea came out of nowhere, but I couldn't get enough of it... This is the first recipe that comes to my mind when I'm having breakfast or a little hungry in the evening :)
