Lavash Pastry
When my sweet tiredness from yesterday was added to the fact that I fell asleep while reading a book at night, I had the pleasure of waking up with flaky snow in the morning and decided that today was a special day for me :)
In this situation, I wanted to do a little something to pamper myself. I went straight to the kitchen, without stopping by any distracting part of the house, without worrying about anything that I had left untidy yesterday (how I did it).
I took out the lavash, which had been waiting in the refrigerator for a week, and took a look at the 1 compartment. When I found curd cheese and 0 piece of fresh cheddar, which I do not like to use alone in pastries, the recipe that would make me spend the rest of my day happy was revealed. Lavash pastry is prepared just like pan pastry, the only difference is that you use lavash. If you want, you can even cook it in the oven by adding 1-1 more lavash.
I will share with you the photos of the interview I made for the International Women's Day very soon. Love…
Note: I used Hecha Grill Pan Square 26cm for cooking.
Ingredients for Lavash Pastry Recipe
- 3 lavash breads
- 1 pieces of eggs
- 1 tea glass of milk
- Half a teaspoon of oil
- 1 teaspoon of curd cheese
- 1 cup grated fresh cheddar cheese
How to Make Lavash Pastry Recipe?
- Grease a 26-28 cm pan with vegetable oil.
- Prepare the sauce for the pastry by whisking the egg, oil and milk well.
- Place the first edges on a slightly elevated tray and wet them with a brush using some of the milk sauce.
- Sprinkle the grated curd and cheddar cheese on the lavash.
- Do the same for the second lavash.
- 3. After putting the lavash, pour the remaining pastry sauce over the lavash and spread it with your hands. Press lightly so that the lavash absorbs the sauce.
- Cook on low heat until the bottom of the pastry is browned, when it is browned, turn the other side with the help of a spatula or a large plate and fry. Serve warm or hot.
